You are the only person who can bring yourself out of darkness, how long will you choose to sit there? You were never alone just not tapped into your potential.

A poem attributed to mental status as compared to waterfall. I often compare mental health to the fluidity of water and waterfalls encapsulate the moment where your mind is going a million miles per second. Just as quickly as it starts so too it ends.
